Cancellation Policy
July 16, 2010 (Friday) is the deadline for meeting cancellation
and refund. To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a
written request including your name, registered email address,
and registration barcode must be sent to the APAO Central
Secretariat (secretariat@apaophth.org)
by July 16, 2010 (Friday). There is a per-person, per-meeting
cancellation processing fee for US$30.. No refunds will be
honored for cancellation requests received after the deadline.
Refunds will be proceeded only after the Congress.
